How your information is used.
When you submit an inquiry, physical-copy request, or Join application, FormSubmit processes the information you enter, including your name, email, phone number, shipping address for physical copies, and payment remarks, project or contribution details, links you provide, consent choices, and submission metadata, for Zoominatii to review. Your submission is emailed to our Zoho Mail inbox. FormSubmit retains text submissions for up to 30 days; its privacy policy applies. We use it to respond about your request. Booking inquiries do not reserve an appointment. Album orders are matched with your payment before fulfillment. Applications do not grant membership or enroll you in recurring billing. Applications and their links are reviewed privately, not published. Album orders include Zoominatii music updates as disclosed in the order form. Other inquiries offer an optional email-updates checkbox. We store that choice, its wording version and email channel with your submission; FormSubmit records the submission time. Leaving the optional checkbox unchecked does not affect a booking inquiry or application. This does not automatically enroll you in a mailing-list service. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time using the contact below. This form does not opt you into text alerts. Do not enter sensitive information. For questions or a request to access or delete your submission, email Zoominatii. The browser stores only a submission reference/status for this session to reduce accidental repeat sends. Music is served by this website. TikTok players load only when you choose to load one; TikTok then receives normal connection information and its privacy policy applies. Payment screenshots are encrypted in your browser before upload; the private decryption key is held by Zoominatii. The encrypted file is sent as an email attachment through FormSubmit; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Crop screenshots to the payment details and omit account balances or unrelated transactions. Payment remarks are reviewed privately and checked against the actual transaction; submitting the form does not verify payment. Do not include passwords or bank/card details. This site does not add analytics or advertising trackers.
